When I first joined, I committed to sharing quarterly updates on Chief’s evolution with our community. In my first 100 days as CEO, I’ve had the privilege of hearing directly from thousands of members — past and present — through one-on-one conversations, events, surveys, and more.
A few themes have been consistent. You’re navigating a non-linear path — as executives, founders, solo practitioners, and professionals actively planning what’s next, often all at once. You’re leading through a time of profound uncertainty, driven by rapid transformation across the business landscape. And you’re seeking community — real, authentic, trusted spaces — that support you where you are and propel you forward.
We’ve already begun evolving Chief in response. Listening and responding to your feedback is a commitment I hold deeply — and I will never lead Chief from a distance. Because we’re not just building for you, we’re building with you.
Here’s where we are right now and what you can expect in the months ahead:
We’re investing in leadership content that meets the moment.
We’re bringing you new content aligned to the realities you’re navigating — AI, board readiness, and members in career transition to name a few. These are expert-led sessions hosted by our esteemed partners including The Wharton School and AI visionary Amit Rawal. Coming up: Inside the Boardroom, Your Next Bold Move, The Builder Series, and The AI Powered Executive Toolkit (registration opens in August) – all offered as a three-part series and available on demand for a limited time.
We’re strengthening local communities.
Local Core groups are live in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York, LA, San Francisco and their surrounding areas — helping you build deeper relationships through Core.
We’re also enhancing our approach to Community across our largest markets. This includes our 5 Clubhouse cities — NYC, DC, Chicago, LA, San Francisco and our 6 largest non-Clubhouse cities — Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Philadelphia, Seattle. This means hiring additional Community Managers and delivering more consistent community building and in-person programming in each of these cities. As we make these changes, we will keep local communities in the loop so you know what’s ahead.
We’re creating more ways to connect with fellow Chiefs
Earlier this year we began to show up alongside you in powerful spaces — from SXSW to Possible to Cannes Lions. Whether it’s The Chief Suite or more intimate gatherings, we’ll continue to bring Chief to the places you’re already leading. We’re also excited to kick off our ChiefX summits this fall in Chicago, Miami, NYC, DC, LA, and San Francisco. We have an incredible programming lineup that we’ll announce soon, including standout speakers taking the Power Seat for candid conversations that dive deep into all facets of leadership. If you've RSVP'ed to ChiefX and plans have changed, please update that here so we can move members off the waitlist. At the same time, we’re working to expand capacity across all our events. We know many of you are traveling in for ChiefX — we have hotel discounts for ChiefX LA here and ChiefX SF here, with discounts for Chicago, Miami, and DC coming soon.
Finally, we introduced new app features that let you search our member directory by industry, function, and metro area, and see who’s attending the same events.
We’re making more space for discourse that drives business impact.
Give-Get is our new virtual series designed to activate the power of our community. Held every two weeks, Give-Get was inspired by Chief Member Andrea Mac who hosted these events in Chicago. Each participant will offer either a Give (an insight, introduction, or opportunity) or a Get (a specific ask for help or guidance). It’s a fast-paced, high-impact hour that goes beyond traditional networking to drive tangible outcomes.

From expert-led health and wellness sessions, sommelier-led tastings, and bespoke gatherings designed simply for good company. We’re strengthening our feedback loop.
We want to have a pulse on what you're experiencing, feeling, and needing from Chief. Next month, we're launching a dedicated space for you to share your experience with us directly through our digital platform. I look forward to personally reading every submission and sharing how your voice is informing where we go next. To close the loop, in Q3 we’re also launching a companion page to keep you updated on how we’re responding to what we hear. We want this to be a true two-way connection between you and our team.

Member obsession is the new North Star for how we think, act, and build at Chief — a mindset that ensures our evolution reflects your ambition.
